Black Triangle~~~^^

I looked into it because I was curious.

The black triangle, which is a gap between teeth, is

1) Occurs when the gum bone erodes due to aging or periodontitis, or

2) It is said that after orthodontic treatment, hidden spaces often become visible as the teeth are straightened.

It bothers me and makes me upset every time I look in the mirror!!!

According to dentists, to prevent this~~~
1) Be sure to remove tartar through regular scaling once or twice a year, and

2) Even when using interdental brushes or dental floss, avoid applying strong impact to the gums.

Through interdental reduction orthodontic treatment, which involves finely trimming the sides of the teeth to bring them into close contact with each other

They say it can magically eliminate gaps~~~^^

In very severe cases
