To what extent do teeth weaken after whitening?

My teeth are starting to look yellow, so I am considering getting a teeth whitening procedure.

On the one hand, I'm worried that whitening might make my teeth extremely weak.

Since I have already finished my orthodontic treatment, my teeth feel more sensitive than before.

I was wondering if it would be okay to apply additional stimulation.

I am also curious if the sensitivity lasts a long time after teeth whitening, and if it places an increased burden on teeth that have completed orthodontic treatment.

Whether it is a procedure that is not particularly recommended because the tooth surface may weaken or become irritated after the procedure,
