Tooth sensitivity after scaling

I just got a scaling done at the dentist.

I feel refreshed after doing it, but I have sensitivity in my lower teeth.

I thought it would be fine after a day or two...

The symptoms have been continuing for over a week now.

Do I need to go back to the dentist?
