(Question) I am planning to get teeth whitening treatment. Will my teeth become very weak?

I am worried because my teeth have turned yellow, perhaps because I have been drinking a lot of coffee and eating curry for a long time.

It seems like smoking has some influence as well... I am cutting back a lot on smoking now, though...

To be honest, it would be a lie to say I don't get self-conscious about my yellow teeth whenever I smile, and even though I got braces, a new variable has arisen.

I want white and even teeth when I smile, and I heard that teeth whitening is a procedure you can do for this.

I have already had braces, so I am cautious about teeth whitening because I am worried it might weaken my teeth further.

Does teeth whitening significantly weaken the teeth? Or are there any side effects?
