I am worried because it looks black between my teeth.

I've been removing food particles with an interdental brush every day, and at some point, the spaces between my teeth started looking black.

It feels like my gums have disappeared.

After being in pain for a while, I'm also wondering if my gums might be a bit weak.

Is there a way to restore my gums? I'm worried if they will fill in over time.
