My teeth tend to be a bit stained, perhaps because I drink coffee frequently. Recently, I have become interested in teeth whitening. I am a little worried about potential side effects, such as tooth sensitivity, if I get the procedure done at a dental clinic. I am also wondering if there are any specific precautions I should take in my daily life after the whitening treatment.
