Question — Are there any downsides to getting laminates?

I am considering veneers because I am concerned about the shape or color of my teeth, but I am wondering if there are any inconveniences after the procedure.

It looks neat and pretty on the outside, but I was worried about whether it would feel uncomfortable in daily life or cause any inconvenience when eating.

I also heard that the teeth are ground down, so I would like to know if there is any risk of sensitivity or problems arising over time.

I am becoming more cautious because I heard that it is difficult to reverse once done, so I am curious about the maintenance and lifespan.
