I'm really at a loss as to where to get dental implants in Ilsan.

Two of my molars have deteriorated at almost the same time, so I'm told I need to have both extracted and get implants.
It's not just one, but two, so thinking about the cost gives me a headache.
I'm not sure if doing it all at once will hurt more or if I should split it up, and I feel like I shouldn't put it off any longer.
You shouldn't go just anywhere for implants, right?
