If it doesn't fit when inserting the crown during the final stage of the implant, try again.

Has anyone who had implants gone back for the final fitting (the crown) and had to have them redone because it didn't fit? I'm wondering if it's common to have to do it again. They said they think I bit down incorrectly and need to remake it. Getting implants really takes a long time. It's also hard to get to the dentist because it's far away. If anyone has gone through a similar situation, please share your experiences.
