I recommend orthodontic treatment.

I didn't have many crooked teeth, but I had one canine that grew as an extra tooth and malocclusion.

Because of malocclusion, my lower lip looked thick and my mouth appeared protruded.

To definitively treat malocclusion, I extracted two upper teeth and two lower teeth (all four are molars, not wisdom teeth).

I just finished orthodontic treatment, and during the process, it seemed like the malocclusion was completely corrected, but now that the braces are removed, there's a slight malocclusion still present. However, it still seems better than before.

I removed all the maintenance devices, and I think that was a better decision.
