Fever after wisdom tooth extraction

I had a tooth extracted last Thursday, and tomorrow will be a week.

A slight fever has been occurring since the fourth day after extraction.

It was a partial upper right impaction, and it was easy to extract within about 3 minutes.

It's not that I had a fever right after the extraction, but I developed a fever much later, so I was quite confused.

I take Tylenol every time I have a fever at home, but it's been a cycle of taking medicine whenever I have a fever for three days.

When I go to the hospital, it seems there are no other methods besides prescribing anti-inflammatory or anti-viral medications. Has anyone experienced a situation like mine?
