Wisdom tooth extraction site

It's been 20 years since I had my wisdom tooth removed.

But one side always keeps getting inflammation every time.

Maybe I didn't do a good job removing the fat, so some fat is still visible.

It feels shaky, but normally it's nothing, and then once every one or two months, an inflammation occurs.

Then, after another two weeks, it will disappear.

Even when I go to the hospital, they just give anti-inflammatory medication, and that's it for that time.

I can't keep taking medication every time I get inflammation for the rest of my life..
