Question - I feel a lump in my chest... Why am I experiencing this symptom?

I had a national health check-up and some additional tests a week ago.
Has it been three days since then?? Since that time, I've had a lump in my chest, or how should I say it??
I feel like I have a lump...ㅠㅠ
Both sides..
The examination results haven't come out yet.. Breast ultrasound, um.. the picture where the machine presses firmly on the breast?? (I can't remember the name..)
I did both of those as well..
If there was a problem, you would have told me right there, right?
This is the first time something like this has happened... I keep touching my chest all the time. ㅠㅠ
Since I don't have much of a chest... I wonder if it's because I pressed too hard with the machine when taking the picture to gather the chest...
Has anyone experienced this before??ㅜㅜ
