Question) I keep injuring one foot, and I wonder if there is a psychological reason behind it.
I had a tough time this spring because I injured my left foot.
It seems like I have been injuring my left foot continuously since then.
I was trying to be careful, but maybe because I was paying too much attention to my left foot, I ended up twisting my ankle even though there was no real risk of injury, and now it's swollen and bruised, so I came to the hospital.
Maybe it's because I don't put more force on my left foot psychologically, or perhaps I injured it several times and received physical therapy.
The treatment is all finished, and I was told there are no issues with my foot, but I wonder if I am being overly cautious about my left foot to avoid injury when walking. Are there cases where people who have injured their feet, like me, tend to keep injuring the same area repeatedly?
