I'm worried about cracked heels when winter comesㅜ

It's usually fine, but when winter comes, I get dry skin.
It hurts and bleeds due to cracking of the heels as they develop.
The pain is severe.
So, for several years now, I have been using a buffer every time I take a shower.
Scrape off the dead skin and also apply foot care cream.
It was okay, but I was at my parents' house because I was making kimchi.
It cracked quickly because I didn't take care of it for a few days.
It hurts a lotㅜ
Fortunately, no dead skin has formed.
Are there any ointments or creams that are effective for cracked heels?
Please recommend if you know.
