Question) The color of the cleansing water has changed. Is it safe to use on the skin?

I have a cleansing water that I usually use.

This cleansing water has a water-like texture. It is not sticky or oily, just a flowing liquid form similar to water. I bought this cleansing water with a buy-one-get-one-free promotion because I have a headache.

The product I am using has a large capacity of 500 milliliters, so I finished one bottle and took out the second one after a while, but maybe because it was quite old, the color had changed!!??

The new product was originally transparent, but over time it became opaque and cloudy! It was a brand new, unopened item, so why did this happen? Is it safe to use on my skin? I'm worried it might cause trouble.
