What kind of skin condition is this on the top of the foot and around the ankle?

As seen in the photo, I have developed this skin condition on the top of my foot.

It wasn't there at first, but it gradually grew, and now it's become really big.

I think I made it worse by scratching little by little because it was itchy.

But I wonder why this kind of skin condition occurs.

I always wash my hands and feet frequently and keep myself clean.

Even when I go to the dermatologist, they just say it's eczema and only prescribe medication and ointments, so it doesn't seem like a serious condition...

If I stay still, it becomes very itchy and also oozes, which is quite uncomfortable.

Wearing socks in this state would just get stains on the socks and isn't good.

When eczema appears on the fingers, it's often called housewife's eczema, right? But if eczema appears on the feet like this, does anyone know what the name of this condition is and what causes it?
