I don't want to look in the mirror. Wrinkles are becoming more prominent, and there are dark spots on my arms. As I age, my skin changes significantly. It's natural, but it's sad. My blood sugar levels are also rising, which worries me. I walk stairs to strengthen my leg muscles and choose healthy foods. I hope skin aging approaches slowly.
