(Question) What should I do about a red spot on my skin?

There are small red spots on my arm. They are not large, but there are several. Has anyone tried removing these? Is it done in the same way as removing black spots? The red spots stand out a bit because of their color. I heard that unlike black spots, red spots can come back even after removal. Does anyone know about this?
