I have suffered from onychomycosis caused by athlete's foot and tinea on the soles of my feet for over 10 years. The main reasons were stopping treatment when symptoms slightly improved, leading to recurrence, as well as other factors such as not drying my feet properly after washing and various complex reasons.
In my case, I couldn't take the antifungal medication because I was already on medication for another illness. However, this time I received advice from a therapist who was treating my ingrown toenail, and he said that half of the treatment for athlete's foot is to properly wash and dry the feet after washing, which reduces the survival ability of the fungus. I diligently followed this advice, thoroughly washing my feet and drying them with a hairdryer. I even did not apply athlete's foot cream on the soles of my feet. After a few months, a remarkable change occurred. The athlete's foot on my soles almost disappeared without any traces. For the toenail fungus, I filed the nails as if applying a manicure, then applied liquid antifungal medication, and now it is almost completely cured.

무좀이 심하면 내성 발톱도 생길 수가 있군요. 너무 고통스러우셨겠어요.
지금은 다 나으셨다니 정말 다행입니다
