I wear glasses because of astigmatism, but I get headaches when I wear them for a long time.

Because of astigmatism, objects appear blurry and light seems to spread out, giving a dusty feeling, so I had a vision test. I scored about 0.6, and since my astigmatism is severe, I got glasses made. I wear them most of the time except when washing or sleeping. The problem is that after about four hours, I start to get headaches between my eyebrows and at the temples, similar to migraines. When I take off my glasses, the pain subsides, but I'm worried that removing them might worsen my vision, and since I have astigmatism, everything looks blurry. Is there any way to resolve this?
