Can shingles occur without blisters?

At first, it was just a small spot on my forearm, but gradually it started to spread.

It has grown this much. I have been continuously applying medication for skin conditions since I was small.

Even though I applied it, it kept getting bigger.

Could this also be shingles? I've never had shingles before...

It's hard to tell the difference. I heard it spreads to other places.

It hasn't spread yet, but it's gradually spreading only on the forearm.

I thought I wasn't feeling well because the weather was too hot and humid.

I never imagined it could be shingles... Surely not, right?
