Is this the early symptom of plantar fasciitis? I did a self-diagnosis...
Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing severe pain in the soles of my feet every morning when I wake up, and I feel pain with each step I take.
The heel area is especially painful, but it gradually improves after walking a few steps. However, the pain seems to worsen again after standing or walking for a long time. As this symptom repeats, I am worried that it might be plantar fasciitis.
When I looked up self-diagnosis methods on the internet, my symptoms seemed very similar to early signs of plantar fasciitis. In particular, the following symptoms seem to apply to me.
- Pain in the soles of the feet when taking the first step in the morning: When you wake up and take your first step in the morning, you feel pain in the soles of your feet, especially in the heel area.
- Increased pain when standing for a long time: Pain worsens after standing or walking for an extended period.
- Tight feeling in the soles of the feet: The muscles in the soles feel stiff and tight.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share any stretching methods or lifestyle habit improvement tips that can be tried before going to the hospital. I need your help so that my leg can recover as soon as possible.
Please tell me about plantar fasciitis.ㅠㅠ
