Lately, I often get cramps in my legs.
Then the pain lasts for about two days.
It's not like I do intense exercise or move too little, but suddenly when I change my posture, such symptoms appear.
Even though I am consistently taking blood circulation medication, it still happens.
I walk about ten thousand steps a day.
I also tend to do muscle exercises.
I think I get muscle cramps about twice a month.
I'm so stressed.
