Completed 10,000 steps and successfully lowered blood sugar levels

Date: 24.6.3.6.38 Weather: Clear
Blood sugar measurement: 6.2 at 5:40 PM. At 8:45 PM, I had duck meat protein intake with my wife. I then went to sleep after midnight.
This is the result measured after 8 hours of fasting.
And I rested. I was so exhausted that I just fell asleep.
I walked 18,000 steps yesterday alone, and my numbers slightly decreased.
And this morning at 5 a.m., I woke up and walked 10,000 steps, and my blood pressure dropped to 115. It's gradually decreasing little by little.
While walking, I also read the Bible, memorize Revelation 8:5-7, and include daily meetings and sending Bible texts as part of my daily routine with the Word.
