Hello. Is it because the sunlight has been very strong lately? I suddenly feel dazzled and my vision seems to have worsened. I do look at the computer a lot, but my lifestyle hasn't changed significantly. Sometimes my eyes feel sore, so I am worried. These days, I always wear sunglasses and a hat when I go out. Is there a better way?
