I suffered from plantar fasciitis for a while, but fortunately, my condition improved after purchasing insoles that support the arch. In fact, the price was not cheap, and as I get older, nothing seems to be immune to breaking down, so I was worried. Plus, there are many scams out there. Since supporting the arch of the foot is beneficial, I used inexpensive insoles and silicone cushions to support the arch, which made walking much more comfortable. However, if I walk excessively, my heel still hurts, so I can't walk as freely as before. I wonder if I should consider this as part of aging... I’ve been trying to find helpful exercises, but I’m not sure how effective they are. One exercise involves attaching a long band to the big toe and pulling it... The only sure thing is that using it less makes the pain less.
