There are many posts about 고민 상담 (worry or concern counseling) here.
These days, my biggest concern is whether it will develop into plantar fasciitis, and I am extremely worried.
He has congenital flat feet, and his left foot has a slight hallux valgus. One day, when touching the sole of his foot, he felt a protrusion like a bone in the middle, which concerned him. When asked, he was told that the arch of the foot had collapsed.
Until recently, I had no major issues walking, but lately, I feel pain when walking due to pressure on the arch of my right foot, which made me realize the seriousness of the problem.
I bought arch supports and comfortable shoes to wear, but there was no improvement, so I'm really worried.
I am currently wearing functional shoes and indoor slippers introduced to me by acquaintances nearby.
I have introduced this here before; it is a functional shoe called Disoma.
It's been about 10 days since I started wearing the shoes, and when I press the arch part while wearing them, it doesn't hurt. I'm told not to step on the floor barefoot even indoors. I need to try wearing them more and check their effectiveness. I purchased two items: black all-season shoes and indoor slippers.
