I have ovulation pain, so I struggle and worry every month.

I don't have menstrual cramps, but I strangely have ovulation pain.
After your lower abdomen hurts like that, your period starts right away a few days later.
It seems a bit different from premenstrual syndrome, and definitely when considering the duration.
It's ovulation pain.
But this is surprisingly exhausting, so I experience ovulation pain at times.
It's so exhausting.
It's difficult to take medication every time I have ovulation pain, and I wonder what kind of procedure I should undergo.
Can it get a little better?
Are there any women who experience severe ovulation pain despite not having menstrual cramps?
