Would a nerve injection help with severe pain when sitting cross-legged?

At some point, I started experiencing severe pain in my right leg while sitting cross-legged.

I have visited the hospital and received physical therapy twice, but there has been no improvement.

I once had a shoulder pain and received a nerve injection, which cured it in one shot.

Can the pain from sitting cross-legged also be treated with nerve injections?

I missed the chance to ask the doctor.
