Does atopic dermatitis improve?

I have been suffering from atopic dermatitis since I was a child ㅠㅠ

My arm is a bit severe... So, wearing short sleeves feels a bit uncomfortable.

I take a little medicine and also apply ointment at the hospital...

I'm not getting better, so I'm a little exhausted ㅠㅠ

They say it's difficult to fully recover... What should I do?
