[Concern] Knee cracking sound

Hello. Are there any people who hear clicking sounds in their knees? I don't have pain, but I'm a little worried. I've heard various answers, such as cartilage wearing down or no significant issues with the bones. It probably isn't a major problem, right? They say one in three adults has this, but do many of you members of CashDoc also experience these symptoms?
