Fear caused by dizziness

There is a fear caused by dizziness.

Sometimes I experience dizziness unexpectedly.

I have also visited the ENT department and had brain scans, but I haven't received any diagnosis.

The first time I felt dizziness while crossing the crosswalk, I was so scared.

Since the dizziness symptoms occur for a short period, taking a brief rest usually doesn't interfere much with daily life. When the symptoms appear, I try not to worry and just forget about them for a while.

I wonder which department you received treatment from if you have experienced something similar, whether it's a nerve issue or not. ㅠㅠ
