Introducing the "Today Good Protein Bar" launched by Lotte Mart. As a Lotte Mart private brand product, it is reasonably priced and offers good value for money. Each bar contains 15g of protein, making the ingredients quite good. One bar has the equivalent of 2.5 eggs' worth of protein, so eating just one can fill you up comfortably. One side is coated with chocolate, and the other side is mixed with various nuts, making it tasty. With a shelf life of one year, it might be a good idea to buy in bulk at the supermarket at a low price and enjoy it later. If there's a Lotte Mart nearby, I recommend purchasing and trying it!
