Ear numbness (concern)

Since I became pregnant, my right ear occasionally feels numb as if it is being squeezed. When I touch it, the right ear feels colder than the left ear. It's not a problem inside the ear, and visiting an ENT specialist hasn't helped. Visiting an orthopedist or neurosurgeon suggests it might be due to the neck or stress, possibly affecting circulation, but since I don't know the exact cause, I feel even more frustrated.

What tests are needed to find the cause?ㅠ
