Fresh ingredients are waiting, so today I scaled and prepared them, and I was thinking about how to cook them.
On cloudy days, I want to eat something even more delicious.
So, it transformed into early-style sweet and sour pork.
I didn't fry it; I coated it with starch powder, applied olive oil, and baked it in the air fryer.

The sweet and sour sauce on the sweet and sour pork gives it a perfect flavor for today's weather, and the unique appearance of the fish adds a different touch.
The meal begins with the labor-intensive early-stage sweet and sour pork, followed by cold radish and vegetable bibimbap.
