- 01CommentsIt was cold today, so I wore a lightweight down jacket and went for a walk of 10,000 steps. It's getting colder and colder. Please take care not to catch a cold, and you worked hard today. Have a good night.171026.10.28

CommentsYou did a great job consistently walking 10,000 steps. Good job!160026.10.28 - 03CommentsWhen those notifications first popped up, I thought they'd give me something for reaching 100 or 200 days, lol, but it turns out there's nothing like that.180026.10.28
- 01CommentsIt must have been so refreshing to complete the trail with the blue sky and magnificent mountain scenery as your companions. Thank you for sharing this valuable review of how you healed while walking in nature; it has made me feel good too. Outdoor cardio exercise is perfect for relieving stress and burning body fat. I hope you get plenty of rest today and continue your pleasant walks tomorrow.481026.10.23
