(Concern) Is fat grafting for the chest okay? I have many worries.

The instinct to want to become prettier seems unavoidable. I don't consider breast implants because I think they might have many side effects. Somehow, I think fat grafting has fewer side effects and no problems, so I want to look into it. However, I also wonder if fat grafting has limitations in the amount of volume it can provide, and if losing weight later might return things to the original state. These days, I find myself thinking about all sorts of things.
