Today as well, while staying hydrated whenever I had a spare moment and exercising by climbing stairs
I'm racing toward reaching 10,000 steps.... haha
The UV rays are strong and it's hot in my neighborhood today, so...
I substituted a walk after lunch with some stair exercise~~~^^
