I squeezed a pimple wrong once and it looks like it's going to leave a scar.

I had three pimples lined up that weren't fully ripe or milia, but something else entirely. I held back and didn't touch them because I was afraid squeezing them would make them worse. However, even after a few weeks, they didn't get any bigger or smaller. After a while, I thought it was okay to squeeze them, but I applied too much force and they turned bright red. I'm worried about scarring. What kind of medication would be good to apply to the pimples I've already squeezed?
