What is the cause of chronic fatigue that leaves you feeling incredibly heavy every morning and refuses to go away in your daily life, even after getting enough sleep?
Lately, even though I am getting enough sleep of more than seven hours a day, I do not feel refreshed whenever I wake up in the morning, and I feel lethargic all day long, which is causing significant disruption to my daily life.
Although I tend to go to bed at a regular time, I toss and turn a lot during the night and don't seem to get a deep sleep, so I am worried that there might be a problem with the quality of my sleep. Also, the drowsiness that hits me every afternoon is affecting my work efficiency, so I am becoming very stressed.
If there are any others like me who seem to get enough sleep on the outside but actually suffer from chronic fatigue, I would appreciate your valuable advice regarding specific experiences of recovering energy by improving your sleep environment or adjusting your diet, or any nutrients you would recommend.
I am concerned that there might be something wrong with my health because of fatigue that does not go away even after getting enough rest. I would like to know about effective solutions to overcome these symptoms and regain a vibrant daily life.
