Lately, I often find myself sounding hoarse. My throat gets tired more easily than usual, and if I speak for a long time, my voice quickly cracks or becomes strained.
I haven't overexerted myself, and I don't have any symptoms of a cold or sore throat, so I am worried because this condition is persisting. I am wondering if this is due to improper use of my voice, or if there is a problem with my vocal cords or larynx.
I would like to know if there are any helpful methods to recover my voice besides drinking warm tea or getting rest. For those who have had a similar experience, please share your advice on how you managed your voice when it remained hoarse.
