I am afraid to go out because of urinary incontinence.

Perhaps because I am in my mid-40s and lack muscle, one day I started being unable to hold my urine.
On top of that, I have to pee so often, it's really difficult and painful.
It is especially awkward when you suddenly need to use the restroom while walking down the street.
I suddenly have to go to the bathroom, and it's urgent too.
In the end, I even had an accident in front of the restroom.
So, I’ve developed a habit of always checking for a restroom before going out.
How can I cure urinary incontinence?
