It's hard to wake up early in the morning. Lately, I've been waking up late, so I feel short on time in the mornings. Even though I slept a lot, I feel even more tired. Why is that? Even if I get enough sleep, can sleeping in disrupt my circadian rhythm and make me feel unwell?
I want to wake up feeling refreshed in the morning, so I'm wondering what lifestyle habits I should practice.
