General health checkups and dental checkups should be done separately.
I went to the dentist this time.
I didn't make a separate reservation, but I searched for a designated screening center near my house and went there.
Please fill out the questionnaire first~
1. How many times a day do you brush your teeth?
2. How much snacks and drinks do you eat?
3. Check if there is any gum disease, etc.!
Even though I only came for an oral examination, I was very grateful that they examined me thoroughly and explained the condition of my mouth and teeth in detail.
The doctors and nurses were all friendly and did their best to guide me in a way that made me feel as comfortable as possible.
I don't think hospitals like this are common these days, but I was very satisfied.
A few days later, the oral examination results come out.
It feels like it's been a really long time since I went to the dentist haha
I'm so tired from going to work that I sleep late on weekends and don't have time to go to the dentist.
I try to go every year, but it's hard to go just once.
Since I only get scaling done once a year, I'll try to go every now and then. Hahaha
