Question) What lifestyle habits can help improve anemia symptoms?

I'm worried because I have some suspicious symptoms. I'm usually quite sensitive, so I think it's having a significant impact on my own condition.
I think it's because I'm always nervous, scared, and timid when I'm in an important situation that requires a lot of attention.
Anemia symptoms occur when there is a lack of blood, but I don't know where or why the anemia symptoms appear.
There are times when I feel dizzy and when I raise my head in a hurry, the situation is so tense or sensitive that I am sweating alone and sometimes I feel lethargic.
Could there be various reasons why anemia may occur in such a situation?
