When no follow-up treatment is done after laser treatment for warts

I had laser treatment for my warts, and they told me to apply Medifoam properly. If that didn't work, they told me to apply Estroban ointment properly. But since I'm using my hands, I kept applying it wrong and it kept slipping over, so I didn't do anything. As you can see in the picture, it's in that condition. I don't think it's a problem or anything, right? I'm really worried.
