People who have poor digestion, what do you usually eat?

I think my digestive system is generally weak, so I have trouble digesting food. I guess it's a sign of aging. Lately, I've noticed my digestion is worse, perhaps because the weather's gotten colder. I try to eat mostly warm foods. For those of you with digestive issues, what do you usually eat for breakfast?
