The points weren't paid.

I visited hospitals last Monday and Tuesday (visited S United Dermatology & Urology Clinic on Oct. 31, 2525 [reviewed on Sun, Dec. 7, 2525], and Ppaeonan Su Korean Medicine Clinic on Dec. 8, 2525 [reviewed on Tue, Dec. 9, 2525]) and wrote and posted reviews, but I did not receive the points. (In "Find Hospital - My Page - Reviews - Review History - Check," there is a message saying "Points Paid," but I did not receive a message and the points were not actually reflected.) What happened?
