To alleviate the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I started stretching, massaging my feet, and strengthening my sole muscles. As I struggled with the initial symptoms, I also wore comfortable shoes and avoided standing for long periods of time. I also used arch-supporting insoles to alleviate the initial symptoms, and when the symptoms were severe, I used ice packs to reduce the pain.
As I properly managed the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I felt the pain gradually decrease.
If the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis are left untreated, bone spurs may develop on the heel bone, so it is important to manage the symptoms immediately.
